Grand work guys, a couple of points:
-Concerning the new piloting skills: will the character creation for Military Specialists be changed to match?
-Cover pg48 and Heavy Fire p51 are still conflicting.

Corrections to Military specialist added.

I have also corrected the Cover example on Page 48 to reflect the rules for the calls on pg 51 :D

Cover rule
WHEN RUNNING THROUGH DENSE TREES OR STATIONARY BEHIND A COVERING, BUT NOT CONCEALING OBJECT I.E. TREE, DENSE UNDERGROWTH, STANDING STONE, EVERY ODD NUMBERED DAMAGE CALL HITS YOU. (I.E. YOU GET HIT BY THE 1ST, 3RD, 5TH, 7TH ETC… SHOT) THE SAME GOES FOR HEAVY, SPRAY AND COVERING FIRE.
Minor niggle here, but should there be an "only" before "every odd numbered....."? As it stands the rule doesn't state that the even numbered shots miss.

Not had a chance to read the rules update as of yet so sorry if im getting the wrong end of this.

The cover write up posted above seems to indicate that you have changed how Cover fire, spray fire and heavy fire interact with Cover. Is this in fact true or not, as you do seem to of indicated a change to the weapon effects descriptions in the updates list.

As Defibrillators are going to become a standard tool of Medics, are the System Refs going to start providing guidelines on how many uses we get out of them? It seems that given that using Adrenaline is now pointless for the job given the Defib has no overdose effects and can be used to restart someone's heart an infinite number of times without penalty save what is usual for resussitation...that we should probably have some guidance on 'how many' charges you get out of a prop.

On the prop front, absent from examples but heavily used by members of the player party, the MP7 is missing from the example boxes of either Machine Pistols or SMGs - given the original guidance was 't-shape' is it now a Machine Pistol?

I also have a query that isn't about something new, the Tritonin rules talk about the potential for humans to take it and their healing to accelerate, is there actually any mechanical effect of this?

Taking those not quite in order.

Cover, heavy, spray shouldnt have been changed. Theyve been looked at wording wise in response to the feedback above.

Mp7 is a t shape, therefore an smg. Essentially, machine pistols conform to the standard L shape of a pistol in the main.

Adrenaline isnt useless, as it is quicker to administer than a defib, and requires a simpler, smaller phys rep.

We have no plans to impose usage limits at this stage.

For the avoidance of doubt, we have not changed how Cover, spray, and heavy fire work. The rules on page 51 outline correctly how these calls interact with cover.

When the example on page 48 was updated to indicate that you are hit by the odd numbered calls when behind cover, it erroneously states as In the copy above hat this applies to cover spray and heavy fire.

The cover write up posted above is the incorrect wording as pointed out by Ed. The example on page 48 has been updated to reflect the actual rules for cover, heavy and spray on pg 51.. It appears the link above is still pointing at a version without the correction - I am not sure why. I will fix this tonight when I am at my pc.

While I am at it I will add Mp7 to the examples of Smgs.
