Using Templates

When creating a new page on the Wiki, it is advisable to use one of the provided Templates, to ensure that the presentation of information is consistent.

When you first create a new page, enter the following at the start of the document:

{{subst:TemplateName}}

Then press "Save". Once you have saved the page, the content of the template will automatically be placed into the page you have just saved. You can then edit the page, which will include the contents of the template.

Note: The template name is the bit after the 'Template:'

Other notes

When titling a page, please try and name the page simply and straight forward. The easiest way to do this is to type out the name of the intended page, and place a pair of square brackets on either side. This will create a Link to the page with a title that you just provided.

Page titles can include special characters.

When you link to the page again later, by keeping the name simple, it means that you can link it easier, as opposed to having to "pipe" the link.
